PESTS & QUARANTINE POLICY

We take every measure possible to ensure all plants are healthy and pest free. This includes quarantining our plant stock before and after making kokedama. We inspect them daily and take preventative measures such as spraying them with Neem Oil.

 

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect, sanitize, and quarantine plants upon arrival. You have 24-hours to report any issues or concerns regarding pests and we will assist in their identification and any treatment process necessary for your plant.
