RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with Your purchase of kokedama or kusamono ornamental plant arrangements and accessories, We are here to make this process easier for You.

Return Policy


Plants are perishable and ineligible for a refund. You have 24 hours after receiving your order to report any damage or loss of item(s). You will need to immediately take photographs as evidence of damage that you can share with us. We want you to purchase with confidence and we will try our hardest to ensure customer satisfaction and will work towards a resolution with any issues encountered.

An exchange may be warranted in cases of excessive pest damage or presence. Where an exchange may not be warranted for an equal or lesser value, a refund will be applied to the original payment form, upon receiving the originally purchased Goods.

Please note, fungus gnats are not considered a harmful pest, thus will not be considered in this Policy. 

We reserve the right to deny a refund on any plant material, including the observations of evident neglect, excessive pruning, the application of harsh chemicals to control pests (i.e. pesticides or natural chemicals), or any other tactic that demonstrates negligence.

Refund


Upon receiving the affected Goods, We will immediately make a thorough decision regarding the status of Your return. In the event the status of Your return is valid, We will credit Your original method of payment.

Depending on Your financial institution, the credit may take up to seven business days.
